Great to meet you!

I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a BA in Psychology in 2000 and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley Ca, in 2011.

I work primarily with the LGBTQQIA+ population and allies on areas of anxiety, identity, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges (including those of Consensual Non-Monogamy) and stress management.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a warm, welcoming approach to therapy that focuses on client/therapist professional relationship as well as providing structure and often utilizing skill-based techniques such as DBT Skills, EMDR resourcing and Mindful Self-Compassion.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I conduct an assessment in which I am honored to hear what you are coming to therapy. I collect your personal history and collaboratively create your treatment plan/goals.

From there, we can decide if we are a match and we will manage scheduling, contact information and crisis resources.
