Great to meet you!

My purpose is to help my clients process pain, discover their own truth, identify strenghts and solutions. I am a naturally curious person who enjoys listening and offers thought provoking questions and considerations. Most of my clients tell me they enjoy talking with me and appreciate my direct but warm approach to helping

My approach to therapy

I practice Insight oriented psychotherapy. I believe the better we know ourselves, the better able we are to honestly and authentically engage with those around us. Therapy is a journey into self-awareness and an attempt to understand our own thoughts feelings and behaviors in order to grow individual strengths and become the best versions of ourselves.
