Great to meet you!

I earned my medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and have been practicing psychiatry for several years. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment-related challenges, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I offer telehealth care and believe that feeling heard, respected, and understood is an important part of meaningful treatment.

My approach to therapy

I take a thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized approach to care. I begin by listening carefully to your experiences, symptoms, history, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. Depending on what feels appropriate, treatment may include medication, psychotherapy-informed support, or a combination of both. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and move toward practical, sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to care. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health history, previous treatment, medications, and goals. I’ll share my initial clinical impressions and walk you through possible treatment options, including whether medication, therapy, or both may be helpful. You’ll also have space to ask questions, and we’ll end with clear next steps for your care.
