Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist with extensive experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, military facilities, and the VA. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what’s holding you back, and building on your strengths. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools for coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathetic, and evidence-based. I tailor treatment to each individual because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person brings a unique perspective, set of challenges, and goals, and I strive to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, you can expect thoughtful conversations that help you better understand the challenges you're facing and the patterns that may be contributing to them. I strive to help clients gain practical tools, new perspectives, and a clearer sense of direction so they can navigate difficulties more effectively and create meaningful change in their lives.
