Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy, crisis intervention, and performing psychological evaluations. This experience has allowed me to develop an advanced competency in addressing trauma, anxiety disorders, mood issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you make meaningful, lasting changes and make sense of difficult experiences. I specialize in evidence-based treatments, including PE and CPT (for trauma), and CBT. I use individualized treatment plans, client-centered approaches, and a variety of modalities to promote positive change and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

I treat various issues, including complex trauma (PTSD), anxiety disorders, mood issues, and navigating significant life transitions. Whether you are dealing with burnout, relationship stress, or seeking better emotional regulation, I provide a compassionate, goal-oriented space to help people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

I am an empathic listener with strong analytical skills, and I provide a supportive and collaborative environment. Even the biggest challenges can be overcome with the right support.
