Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m Katherine! Life has a way of throwing us unexpected challenges—grief, addiction, trauma, transitions—that can shake us to our core, leaving us feeling lost or stuck. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. My passion is helping individuals find healing, rediscover their strength, and build resilience as they move forward. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, and dysfunctional family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a Transactional Analysis approach to help individuals identify and heal their child ego state and parent ego state, empowering them to develop an autonomous adult ego state and create a safe space within themselves. I integrate DBT and ACT to provide individuals with the necessary tools to lay a new foundation for growth.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step to seek help can sometimes be the most difficult step to take. I am here to provide a safe and comfortable space for individuals to be vulnerable and feel accepted. My hope is to help you find your true authentic self so that you may begin living your best life.
