Great to meet you!

You’ve gotten good at looking like you’re okay—even when you’re not. Maybe you’re carrying grief, anxiety, trauma, addiction, codependency, painful family patterns, or the loss of someone you love—including a beloved pet. You don’t have to carry it alone. I provide a genuine, nonjudgmental space to understand what keeps you stuck, heal old wounds, and build practical tools for change. Together, we’ll work to break unhealthy patterns, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are.

My approach to therapy

I use Transactional Analysis to help you explore your Child, Parent, and Adult ego states, heal past wounds, and break unhealthy patterns. By integrating DBT and ACT, I provide practical tools to manage emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen your sense of self, empowering you to create meaningful change and live authentically.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to take it alone. I offer a safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can be vulnerable, feel accepted, and show up as you are. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life that feels meaningful and truly yours.
