My approach to therapy

Katherine believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through new roles, experiences, and circumstances as well as understand, process, and reflect on past challenges and traumas. Katherine utilizes a person-centered, trauma informed approach to her work with individuals, families, and parents.
