Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York with a master's degree from Hofstra University in 2016.

I believe that the creative process of art expression can foster self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional resiliency, and help clients gain fresh perspectives and insights in ways that talk therapy alone may not be able to. I have worked with older teens to adults in their grief & loss, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, low self-esteem, boundary and faith issues. In addition, I have experiences with counseling therapist, primarily utilizing psychodynamic approach.

My approach to therapy

With client-centered training, I have incorporated various approaches with art therapy, including insight-oriented and CBT-informed techniques, to meet your unique needs and journeying with you to uncover the underlying root cause. I am committed to creating a safe, culturally sensitive environment where you can explore, grow, and find renewed strength toward overall well-being—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

What you can expect from me

I always strive to provide my clients with hope and healing in a culturally sensitive and safe environment as we process the hurts and issues experienced.
