Great to meet you!

As a professional Hispanic female therapist, I bring not only clinical expertise but also lived experience navigating the complex intersections of ethnicity, womanhood, and societal expectations.

I understand firsthand how cultural dynamics, generational trauma, and systemic barriers can impact our mental health and sense of identity. These challenges have shaped my commitment to holding space for others with empathy, authenticity, and strength.

Many of us carry unresolved trauma, emotional wounds, or limiting beliefs that can manifest as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or cycles we feel stuck in. Whether you're working through past pain, navigating parenting or relationship challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself—I will meet you where you are and walk with you through the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in challenging my clients to confront the obstacles holding them back, while also offering compassionate support and practical tools for healing. I believe deeply in the transformative power of living authentically—with self-love, self-worth, and a clear sense of who you are. When we reconnect with our true selves, we gain the peace and clarity needed to move forward in every area of life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools to break free from unhealthy cycles. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and emotional resilience. Together, we’ll work to uncover root issues, heal past wounds, and build a deeper understanding of yourself—so you can experience lasting change and move forward with peace and purpose.
