Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience working with both children and adults. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to navigate everyday challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every person’s experiences and goals are unique. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming worry, low mood, difficulty with focus and organization, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in building greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being. I have experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and solution focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will typically ask questions about your current concerns, your background, and how these concerns are affecting your daily life. You will also have an opportunity to share what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I will explain how counseling works, including confidentiality, session structure, and what you can expect from future sessions.
