Great to meet you!

A clinician with experience working with individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. My background includes counseling, criminal justice, and counselor education.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals in recovery and those facing life transitions, trauma, or involvement with the legal system. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients build practical skills for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they can share their story at their own pace. During the first session, we will talk about what brought them to therapy, their current challenges, and the goals they hope to work toward. I also take time to learn about their strengths, supports, and what has or has not worked for them in the past. Together, we will begin creating a plan that focuses on practical steps toward recovery, stability, and overall well-being.
