Great to meet you!

After receiving my master's degree from the University of San Francisco, I have spent the last several years working with teens and young adults navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, life transitions and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins with a strong, supportive relationship, which is why I take a client-centered approach - meeting you where you are, listening without judgment, and creating a safe space where you feel seen and heard. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and develop tools to manage life's ups and downs. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I'm here to support you on your journey toward feeling more grounded and empowered.

What you can expect from me

I provide an open, non judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and dive deeper into the person you want to become.
