I’ve had the privilege of working in various mental health treatment and addiction recovery settings, including detox, residential, and outpatient. I’m passionate about walking with people through life’s challenges, and empowering them to embrace growth and change. Please note I can only see patients who are located in NJ and FL.
Through my diverse experience, I have honed my methods in therapy. I have an approach that combines elements of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, & Person-Centered Therapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to a person's unique goals. I have found that utilizing several modalities has served people well. Going on this journey requires courage & self-compassion.
