My approach to therapy

With nearly a decade of experience in social work, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have developed expertise in treating anxiety and trauma-related disorders, and strongly believe in a holistic approach to therapy that combines evidence-based techniques with compassion and empathy to help my clients achieve long-lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will spend a few minutes with brief introductions. I will explain a little bit about myself and how therapy works with me. I will allow time to answer any questions you have so you can feel a little more comfortable. The rest of the time is for you to tell me a little bit about the challenges you are facing that brought you to me. We won't dive too deep in the first few sessions. I ease into things so you feel comfortable.
