Great to meet you!

Welcome. Seeking support can feel difficult, especially when you're managing overwhelming emotions, relationship stress, painful experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to live. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, PTSD, women's issues, and challenges related to self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. I understand that healing looks different for everyone, and I believe therapy should provide a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Whether you're struggling with day-to-day stress, navigating the impact of past experiences, or trying to make sense of difficult emotions, my goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Together, we can create meaningful change while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I incorporate CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered principles to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another while building healthier patterns and coping strategies. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, and I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore challenges and celebrate progress. Together, we may work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop resilience, and create sustainable changes that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you are treated with empathy, respect, and genuine care. From our first session, we'll work together to understand your goals and develop a plan that feels meaningful and achievable. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and I am committed to walking alongside you throughout your journey. As we work together, you can expect encouragement, practical support, and guidance as you develop healthier coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, improve relationships, and process difficult emotions. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more empowered, resilient, and confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges while creating a greater sense of peace and fulfillment in your daily life.
