Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful healing happens when we explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being together. Whether you’re navigating work or school stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by your environment, I strive to help you process these experiences while strengthening self-esteem, insight, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist who works with adolescents and young adults. My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) mindfulness, and client-centered play therapy. I aim to creatine a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s okay if you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can move at a pace that feels right for you.
