Great to meet you!

Counseling may seem scary but continuing to push aside our struggles can be even scarier. I have extensive experience working with teens, adults, couples and families facing the challenges that many of us confront. I will offer empathy, validation, and a collaborative approach to each session. I am honored by the courage that each client has shown me in sharing their story and struggles. Life can bring us joy and pain- both are okay.

My approach to therapy

I have ten years of experience working as a clinician as well as a clinical supervisor. I have worked with clients of various ages, diagnoses and backgrounds. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic and Existential.

What you can expect from me

First, I listen. What happens after that is up to us working as a team. I strive to provide the time and space for my clients to express challenges, hopes, pain, etc. Finding solutions will be our first goal. I have a special interest and extensive experience working with women before, during and after pregnancy.
