Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional who works with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma—including childhood sexual abuse—and issues related to disordered eating and body dysmorphia. My passion lies in facilitating healing and personal growth for individuals who seek to understand and overcome their struggles. If you are ready to take the first steps toward transformation, I would be honored to accompany you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I utilize an integrated approach that draws from various evidence-based therapies and holistic methodologies. One key component of my work is somatic therapy, which focuses on the connection between the mind and body and helps clients process trauma stored in their physical being. EMDR, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), parts work, mindfulness and DBT are also tools that I may utilize.

What you can expect from me

These practices help cultivate present-moment awareness, develop a greater understanding of internal experiences and foster a sense of calm amid the chaos of emotional turmoil. Through these methods, I aim to equip my clients with practical skills they can use outside of therapy to promote ongoing healing and resilience. I believe that growth often comes from leaning into discomfort, exploring deeply ingrained patterns, and developing curiosity about the themes that emerge throughout one’s life.
