I graduated with my masters from Regis University in 2022. I have worked in inpatient, intensive outpatient and outpatient. I’ve worked with clients of all ages with different backgrounds, and particularly enjoy working with patients with OCD and anxiety disorders.
My goal as a therapist isn’t for my clients to never experience uncomfortable emotions, but to build resiliency when life gets hard. I encourage my clients to explore and sit with their emotions from a compassionate and curious viewpoint.
I create a casual, but professional therapy space. I want to make sure all my clients feel comfortable and safe to open up.
