Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I’m passionate about helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life stressors while building confidence, healthy boundaries, and stronger coping skills.

I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, self-esteem concerns, or difficulties in relationships. I also have experience supporting veterans, law enforcement professionals, and individuals navigating high-stress environments.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process feel comfortable, collaborative, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I focus on helping clients identify patterns that may be holding them back while developing healthier coping strategies, communication skills, and emotional regulation tools. I also integrate strengths-based techniques to help clients recognize their resilience and build confidence in their ability to manage life’s challenges.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Together, we will set goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you while working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I will ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and goals, but there is no pressure to share everything at once. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you.

By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and discussing possible next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what therapy with me will look like moving forward.
