Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by worry, sadness, or a sense of hopelessness, you're not alone — and you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself. When anxiety is constant, depression feels heavy, sleep is disrupted, or motivation disappears, even simple tasks can feel exhausting. Feeling stuck, irritable, disconnected, or emotionally drained can quietly take a toll on both your mental and physical health.

But feeling this way does not mean this is how it has to stay.

Together, we can identify what’s happening beneath the surface and create a clear, practical path forward. Whether you're experiencing panic attacks, mood swings, burnout, or a persistent sense that something just isn’t right, we will develop a personalized treatment plan built around your needs and goals. You deserve care that is thoughtful, respectful, and tailored specifically to you.

I specialize in adult mental health and provide medication management with or without therapy, depending on what best supports you. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, empowering you to understand your options and feel confident in your treatment plan.

My clinical training includes earning both my Master of Nursing in Nurse-Midwifery and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Oregon Health & Science University, followed by completing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Duke University. This foundation allows me to provide comprehensive, compassionate psychiatric care grounded in strong clinical expertise.

You deserve to feel steady, capable, and fully yourself again.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I invite you to schedule an intake appointment today. Reaching out is a sign of strength — and I would be honored to support you on your path toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is simple: it’s all about you. You deserve a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I see you as a partner in your mental health journey, and together we’ll explore your unique story, strengths, and challenges.

From there, we’ll create practical, personalized strategies using evidence-based treatments — whether through medication, therapy, or lifestyle guidance — designed to help you feel more balanced, capable, and in control. My goal is to empower you every step of the way so you can live a fuller, more fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I invite you to schedule an intake appointment today. You don’t have to do this alone — I’m here to support you.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how medication and therapy can work together to support your mental health. We’ll explore the options that best fit your needs — whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, or other challenges — and create a plan tailored to your life. Therapy may also be incorporated to address the emotional and psychological aspects of your well-being.

My approach is holistic, recognizing how your mind and body are interconnected. Treatment isn’t just about reducing symptoms — it’s about improving your overall quality of life and supporting the areas of life that matter most, including relationships, work, and daily activities. You’ll learn the benefits, potential side effects, and how medication and therapy can complement each other to help you feel more balanced, in control, and fully engaged in your life.

We’ll track your progress together and adjust your plan as needed, ensuring the care you receive is responsive and effective. By the end of our sessions, my goal is for you to feel informed, empowered, and confident in the steps you’re taking toward better mental health, greater well-being, and a more fulfilling life.
