Great to meet you!

I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2019. With experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, I provide individual and group therapy, crisis interventions, and support services. Trained in evidence-based therapies like TF-CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, and CBT, I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I tailor each therapy session to the unique needs, backgrounds, and challenges of every individual. With extensive experience in trauma work—particularly with adolescents, young adults, and families—I thoughtfully adjust the pace and complexity of our sessions to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is grounded in patience, creativity, and warmth, infused with compassion and humor. This creates a safe and supportive space where healing can happen at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

You will take away a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions, along with practical tools to manage challenges. You will gain insight into how your past experiences shape the present.
