Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a MSW from Fordham University School of Social Service. My approach to therapy is both person-centered and trauma-informed. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teens and adults in individual, couples and family therapy. I also have experience working with veterans, clients who identify as LGBTQ and other marginalized groups.

My approach to therapy

With my clients, I take a non-judgmental approach; using openness, transparency, and direct communication. My practice focuses on ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, substance use, and concussion - brain injury.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that my clients leave every session feeling heard, supported, and with a new prospective on whatever challenge they are facing. I believe working together with compassion, trust, and hope, my clients can find their own solutions within the hearts and minds.
