Great to meet you!

I work with driven adults—military members, professionals, and parents—who feel stuck under stress, anxiety, or big life changes. I help you regain clarity, find practical ways forward, and feel more in control of the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful progress rooted in respect. I use evidence-based trauma treatments such as exposure-based therapy, mindfulness strategies, and clinical hypnosis to help clients safely process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety or PTSD symptoms, and gradually overcome patterns of avoidance.

Many of the people I work with appreciate a balance of insight and practical strategy, so our work often includes identifying patterns, building effective coping tools, and developing approaches that work in real life—not just in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what you would like to see change. We’ll confidentially talk through your current concerns, relevant background, and the goals that feel most important to you right now.

I aim to create a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly while also beginning to organize the challenges you’re facing. By the end of the session, we will usually begin identifying priorities and possible next steps so that our work together has clear direction—and so you can feel confident that the fit is right for you.
