Great to meet you!

I’m a New York-based therapist with a passion for helping you build meaningful connections—with yourself and others. If you’re struggling with self-esteem, body image, or navigating tough emotions, I’m here to support you in finding clarity and growth. With experience in residential and outpatient settings, including extensive work with those struggling with with eating disorders, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can take steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT helps challenge negative thoughts and behaviors, while ACT encourages you to accept and embrace your feelings, empowering you to create lasting change and deeper self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, wanting to improve body image, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, increasing self-esteem, and fostering a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. I’d love to support you on your path to healing—reach out today!
