Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens within a safe, genuine, and supportive relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel accepted without judgment and free to show up exactly as you are.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and thoughtful. I combine empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you better understand what you’re experiencing while also building tools you can use in your daily life.

As a therapist who primarily works with women, I understand how often women carry significant responsibilities while caring for others. Therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the same compassion and care you so readily give to those around you. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—I’m honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and practical. My role is to walk alongside you as we better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that may include CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies, always tailored to your individual needs.

I specialize in supporting women across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions, with a focus on helping you build a more balanced, authentic, and values-aligned life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting relationship. My priority is creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing at your own pace.

We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. I'll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, health, and strengths so I can better understand the whole picture—not just the problems you're experiencing.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, experiencing anxiety or burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and creating a plan that fits your unique needs and values.
