My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for change. I specialize in working with high achievers, individuals with ADHD, and clients navigating self esteem difficulties, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. Drawing from modalities in CBT, Brainspotting, ACT, mindfulness, and attachment based work, I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus on helping clients develop emotional regulation, self-trust, resiliences, and a stronger connection to themselves so they can move through life with greater clarity, balance, and authenticity.
In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where I focus on getting to know them as an individual and gaining insight into their life experiences, relationships, and current challenges. Together, we'll explore what brings them to therapy and identify goals that feel meaningful and aligned with what they hope to gain from the process. My intention is to help clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin building a therapeutic relationship tailored to their unique needs.
