Great to meet you!

I have been licensed for 7 years and working with a variety of issues including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship conflict, and women's issues.

I am certified in DBT and trained in EMDR. I use a variety of interventions in order to help clients meet their goals. I use CBT, solution focused, and humanistic.

My approach to therapy

My goal in helping clients is to help them identify their personal strengths in order to feel more resilient and tackle issues with learned coping skills.

What you can expect from me

I encourage all clients to first get a consultation in order for them to gage how comfortable they feel and if they believe I am a good fit. Therapy needs to be a warm and safe place, and if someone does not feel this, I have many connections in order to find them the right fit.
