Great to meet you!

I am originally from Connecticut but have lived in Florida for over 24 years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Connecticut.

My graduate school experience included working with clients dealing with schizophrenia in an in-patient hospital and working with Catholic Family Services, where I provided therapeutic services to clients ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice using person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and some EMDR techniques.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is a solution to every problem, and I’m here to help you find those solutions. My approach is highly individualized, client-centered, and client-driven. I specialize in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them make positive changes in their lives.
