Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, and neurofeedback, alongside systemic and solution-focused therapies. I specialize in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and performance optimization. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in achieving meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, neurofeedback, and systemic and solution-focused therapies, to address both the root causes of distress and present-day challenges. I view difficulties within the context of relationships, life experiences, and patterns, helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for change. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and what you would like to gain from therapy. By the end of the session, you can expect a clearer sense of how we might work together and the next steps moving forward.
