Great to meet you!

Some of the concerns that I have worked with clients on in therapy include family conflict, transitioning to adulthood, long-term depression, persistent anxiety, stress, abuse, and trauma. I am an EMDR-trained therapist who has worked with clients who have experienced sexual abuse and sexual trauma. I have experience working with clients with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and who would consider themselves "quirky".

My approach to therapy

I believe that by learning to retell your story, you can change the impact that it has on your life. You are the most powerful agent of change in your life.

What you can expect from me

After a session you may leave with skills to practice between sessions. You may also have new insights into your current behavior and learn about connections to your past that are impacting you today.
