Great to meet you!

Have you been wanting a therapist who understands the layers of culture, family, and identity you carry? As a bilingual English and Spanish Latinx therapist, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on supporting BIPOC and Latinx communities. I combine evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT with a culturally affirming, strengths-based perspective so you can feel understood and supported in a way that actually resonates.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and heard, so that is always the foundation of our work. Depending on your needs, we may use EMDR to process trauma, CBT and mindfulness tools to navigate anxiety and depression, or narrative and solution focused techniques to help you reconnect with your strengths and reshape your story. Your values, identity, and pace guide everything we do.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a space to land. You can share as much or as little as you want about what brought you here and what you are hoping for. From there, we will start building a path forward together. You do not need to have everything figured out, you just have to show up!
