Great to meet you!

You may look like you have it together on the outside, but underneath you feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or constantly on edge. You might find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or feeling responsible for everyone else while struggling to feel grounded within yourself. You may also feel burned out or stuck in a cycle of chronic stress that you can’t seem to break.

Many women of color carry trauma that was never given language or space to heal. If you’ve experienced childhood trauma, relational wounds, or chronic stress, your body may still be responding as if you have to stay in survival mode.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on supporting women who are navigating these patterns. I understand the cultural, generational, and relational layers that can make healing more complex, including the pressure to suppress emotions or continue pushing through even when you feel exhausted.

Therapy with me is warm, grounding, and honest. I help you make sense of responses like anxiety, emotional numbness, defensiveness, and people-pleasing—not as flaws, but as learned ways your mind and body have tried to protect you. Together, we work to help you feel more stable and connected to yourself, and more in control of how you respond to stress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll develop practical coping skills tailored to your needs whether it’s healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, building self-confidence, or finding empowerment on your healing journey. In our supportive, collaborative space, we’ll work step by step to achieve your unique goals.
