Great to meet you!

A warm hello! I am the founder/owner of Timshel Integrative Psychiatry. I am an integrative nurse practitioner board certified in both psychiatry and family practice. I combine medication management with integrative therapies like nutrition, dietary supplements, counseling / lifestyle coaching and functional lab testing to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. It’s hard to swerve when life throws curves. I am passionate about helping you find real life solutions for real life challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar spectrum, ADHD, insomnia, and perinatal care.

My approach to therapy

In every visit, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your authentic self. Healing starts with being seen and heard without judgment.

Medication can play a supportive role—but it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution and I don’t believe it should be the only tool. When appropriate, I offer thoughtful, personalized medication plans designed to create a stable foundation—a place where you can pause, regroup, plan, dream, and reassess.

I believe deeply in humanistic, integrative care. I’ll ask about your goals, dreams, and aspirations and I’ll take them seriously. Because true healing isn't just about symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming agency over your life.

I offer a range of strategies—nutritional, lifestyle, therapeutic, and spiritual that empower you to heal in a way that aligns with your values. My goal is to offer care that respects your complexity and strengthens your capacity to thrive.

I am currently accepting new clients. Please feel free to send a message with your email / phone number and I will contact you to set up a complimentary 15 minute consultation.
