Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned clinician with experience supporting a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults. As a Columbia graduate, I have worked in residential and inpatient facilities, hospitals, agencies, and private practice. My background in substance use treatment has given me particular experience working with complex co-occurring disorders.

I support clients experiencing anxiety-related disorders, depression, relationship concerns, lifestyle challenges, bipolar and other mood disorders, self-esteem issues, and family concerns involving children with emotional or behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, caring, empathetic, and empowering. I believe in holistic treatment and recognize that challenges in one area of life can create ripples that affect overall well-being and relationships. I work collaboratively with each client to support meaningful personal change while helping them develop practical skills to improve daily life and strengthen relationships.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to talk about what brings them to therapy and begin identifying the areas they would like to improve. We’ll work together to understand how different parts of your life may be affecting one another and begin considering goals and practical skills that can support positive change.
