Great to meet you!

As a second-generation Filipina therapist, I understand how culture, family dynamics, and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I strive to create a space where you feel accepted exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Building trust, connection, and rapport is my first priority, because I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and strengths-based space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the worries, fears, or challenges that may be keeping you from living the life you want, while building on your existing strengths to help you move toward your goals with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I encourage therapy to be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without needing to prepare or have all the answers. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, develop meaningful insights, and create practical tools that naturally fit into your everyday life. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can slow down, be curious, and connect more deeply with yourself at your own pace.
