Hi I'm Kat! I became a therapist because many of my loved ones were struggling with addiction and I wanted to be able to help - both on an individual and community level. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. I work part-time so I can dedicate myself fully to the clients I am serving while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I specialize in mental health and addiction. I have experience working with individuals struggling with these challenges as well as family members and loved ones. With a background in social work, I offer strengths-based and person-centered techniques. My belief is that you are the expert of your own life and you already have the skills and characteristics you need to live a life you love and feel proud of. I'm here to help you remove blockages and call forth these strengths.

I use a nonjudgmental approach to explore the feelings underneath the surface and encourage you to design a new set of coping skills to face the challenges of life. My aim is to guide you to live authentically with the ability to identify and express your emotions in a healthy way.
