Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Kathy and I am here to help you navigate the often "choppy waters" of life. Life is just like the ocean where we have our ups and downs , our "high tides and low tides." I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, Substance Use Disorder, life transitions, relationships, couples therapy and co occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives and utilize collaborative, strength-based solution focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, inviting, collaborative environment where reduction in symptoms and developing resiliency and empowering clients to make healthy decisions are at the forefront of each therapy session. I utilize a trauma informed lense and view clients holistically.
