Great to meet you!

I come to this work with both professional training and real-life experience. I have my own history of trauma that I’ve worked through, and it’s shaped how I show up as a therapist. I truly believe that healing is possible, and I try to practice what I preach. Life keeps moving, and there’s always room to grow and learn.

I love helping people break free from the mental and emotional patterns that can keep them feeling stuck. My goal is to support you in processing trauma and building mindful coping and life skills that help you stay present, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and feel more in control of your life

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each individual. I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR and Brainspotting to help process trauma at its root, along with mindfulness and meditation to support nervous system regulation and present-moment awareness. I also incorporate DBT and CBT techniques to help clients build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of managing emotions and behaviors.

I believe therapy should be both compassionate and effective, providing a safe space to process deeper experiences while also offering tools you can use in everyday life to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental, safe space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I show up with empathy, honesty, and genuine care, and I meet clients where they are, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

You can expect a collaborative approach to therapy. We’ll work together to process past experiences, develop practical coping skills, and build tools that help you navigate life more confidently.

clients can expect consistency, authenticity, and a therapist who is fully invested in their healing and growth.
