Great to meet you!

As a Christian trauma-psychologist, I love supporting individuals, couples and families in healing. My 30+ years of experience and training includes a wide variety of attachment, trauma, and cognitive behavioral interventions. My experience working with neuro-divergent children and adults has made me comfortable supporting the most complex family situations. I would love to be a support for you and your loved ones.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique set of circumstances, so it is important to have patience and respect, allowing stories to unfold and understanding to develop. Once we get a chance to spend time together exploring your situation and needs, we can develop a therapeutic plan together.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with allowing you to share your perspective on what you need and exploring the impacts of your concerns on your life. I will guide the process, so no worries about what to say. We will work together to gain a holistic perspective, including how your experiences have affected your mind, body, spirit and family. Your hopes and dreams for healing will provide the basis for our selection of interventions. I will explain what therapy looks like, allowing you to ask questions and feel comfortable with the process.
