Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve spent a long time trying to manage everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing while feeling empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and challenges related to substance use and recovery. I also have experience supporting military service members and their families and understand that the experiences that bring someone to therapy are often complex and deeply personal.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than simply telling you what you should do, I work alongside you to understand where you are, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that fit your life and your goals.

My approach to therapy

I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions, adapting treatment to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

For clients who have experienced trauma, I place particular emphasis on safety, trust, choice, and empowerment. We can work together to better understand how past experiences may be affecting the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself or others today.

Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about having the support and space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You don’t even have to know exactly what you need help with. We can start where you are.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, exhausted, or simply know that something needs to change, I’d be honored to help you find your way forward.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and whether working together feels like the right fit.
