Great to meet you!

Adolescents, adults, and families who would benefit most from working with me are interested in increasing effective communication, working past maladaptive patterns, and identifying life goals. My therapeutic approach is an interweaving of strengths-based, solution-focused, and family-systems modalities. I often tell my clients, “you are the expert on your own life,” which means that I will work with you to identify ways to create the life you want - where your actions support your aspirations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy is collaborative and built on trust. In sessions, we will highlight what you are getting right, face challenges together, and celebrate moments of personal growth. I have extensive experience working with adolescents to address life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, complex trauma, and experiences unique to the LGBTQIA+ community.

What you can expect from our first session

When you make that first call to set up a therapy appointment, it's because you know something needs to change. I’m ready to support that brave desire to heal and share life challenges in a safe, comfortable, and affirming space.
