Great to meet you!

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, caregiver stress, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck.

I also enjoy working with high-performing professionals, executives, healthcare leaders, business owners, and caregivers who are balancing significant personal and professional responsibilities. Many individuals find themselves managing chronic stress, burnout, perfectionism, leadership pressures, difficult workplace dynamics, and the challenge of maintaining healthy boundaries while caring for others. Together, we can create practical strategies that support both your personal well-being and professional success.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to live, I will meet you where you are and help you create a path forward that feels achievable and authentic.

If you're ready to take the next step, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop effective strategies for creating meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions. Rather than focusing solely on problems, I help clients identify their existing strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve through the counseling process. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful treatment.
