Kathleen Davis

I'm glad you're here. My name is Kathleen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. I have worked in various environments and disciplines ranging from private practice to working within an emergency room. My focus is on identifying what is causing you to seek out counseling, provide a warm and comforting space to discuss current challenges, and identify strategies that can be utilize to alleviate struggling.

I believe that it takes two for something to work; and this includes in therapy, too! My focus is ensuring the client feels comfortable and open in discussing areas that are causing them conflict and working with the client to identify realistic goals and strategies that can be utilized.

Seeking out therapy can be scary, overwhelming, and feel like a task. I always tell clients, the first session is information gathering. I gather information that allows me to paint a picture regarding your life, identified stressors, and strengths. From then on, we work together to alleviate these areas of challenge.
