I have a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; with many years of experience working in the criminal justice field. I work with individuals from adolescence through adulthood and have additional training in DBT interventions.
My approach is direct yet compassionate. I want to challenge you to perceive your circumstances differently than in the past in order to facilitate growth and healing.
Clients can expect that I will be honest and upfront with them. They bring to session their goals and what they desire to work on in therapy and I support them through that process.
