Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adolescents and their families. In my experience as a parent, a mental health counselor and a retired school counselor, I've come to love and appreciate the uniqueness of this age. There are specific challenges and demands that can make this a challenging and difficult time for you, so let's find ways to navigate them together.

My approach to therapy

My practice is DBT informed, which simply means that I can offer strategies for dealing with overwhelming emotions, the many stressors in your life, as well as how to get what you want and need from your relationships. I am especially versed in the issues faced by youth in the sexual minority, those who identify as LGBTQIA+, as well as those who've experienced trauma.

What you can expect from me

Ready to start feeling better? Whether you need support with emotional struggles, family dynamics, school, friends or LGBTQIA+ identity, I am here to help. Take the first step towards healing and growth now!
