Very rarely in our lives are we given the opportunity and the space to truly look at ourselves, where we have been, and the person we are looking to become. Some areas of expertise include: parents who are seeking a greater understanding and connection to their child, individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma victims and life transitions. We also support those within the LGBTQ community, and emerging adults.

My approach to therapy

We create an environment where you can safely look at yourself, relationships, and potential barriers to achieving your goals. Through our relationship-based training we have the we notice and work through the conflicting messages, thoughts and emotions present not only in the parent-child relationship, but in every relationship.

In treatment, clients are given the space to safely uncover the meanings behind their responses to situations along with the barriers to their goals.
