Great to meet you!

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, Autism, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and grief. In our work together, we will explore what brings you to therapy and build a plan that helps you feel healthier, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and your life.

My intention is to offer a safe, supportive space that centers your unique needs. I strive to provide the compassionate care, practical guidance, and thoughtful interventions that everyone deserves.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using compassion and humor in therapy as both are valuable tools. Moreover, I utilize an eclectic approach combining Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

What you can expect from me

I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with ADHD, depression or anxiety, relationship problems, limited coping skills, or grief. During our sessions, we will delve into what brings you to therapy and create a plan for you to feel and be healthier about yourself and your life!
