Great to meet you!

Finding the right fit with a therapist is probably the most important piece of the therapeutic puzzle. I strive to build solid rapport with clients so that through true trust, we can lovingly process your experience.

If you are interested in a creative, trauma informed approach, honed through years of practice, we may be a good therapeutic fit.

I am fascinated by peoples' stories and love engaging in creative exploration of alternative perspectives and choices. My offering to my clients is to bring all the parts of you and lovingly understand who you have been, who you are and who you are becoming.

My approach to therapy

I work from a relational lens, building trust and rapport with clients is paramount to doing trauma informed work. I am naturally curious and playful, and having a background in creative arts, I like to bring creativity into sessions with various interventions. I also have training in brain spotting, EMDR and IFS, which I will bring into sessions when called for.

What you can expect from me

It can be difficult to know what to expect in a first therapy session, but I want my future clients to know that I will not come into a first session with my own agenda. I am genuinely curious about a client's history and life and want to know what they are wanting from therapy.

In accordance with where a person is at on their own personal journey, I may give various creative prompts or resources for the client to explore between their first and second sessions. I also want clients to feel empowered in their choice and am very open with clients about the first few sessions being exploratory in nature.
